This is our most popular training and the main one which provides students with a yoga teaching qualification. This training covers in depth asana knowledge, study of yoga philosophy, anatomy and physiology, with bonus workshops in Ayurveda and business/self-development.

300 hours Yoga Teacher Training Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga philosophy
The 300 hours yoga teacher training is the next step from the 200 hours YTT. This training is focused on advanced asana practice and study of some of the more anatomically complex asanas. There is a great emphasis on the yoga philosophy, following through and continuing from the 200 hours YTT yoga philosophy lessons.

This is an introductory training for those who wish to develop a regular asana practice and be introduced to the yoga philosophy. This training runs at the same time as the 200 hours Yoga Teacher training, but for the first 10 days of it. This training does not give you a qualification to teach. Those who have completed this training and wish to continue their studies to gain their full 200 hours teaching qualification, can return to do so.

This specialized training focuses solely on yin yoga practices. Yoga philosophy as well as some Chinese philosophy and TCM approaches are covered and an in depth study of meditation practices and understanding of meditation.
