100-Hour Introductory Yoga Training

Hatha · Vinyasa · Ashtanga · Yoga Philosophy

The 100-Hour Introductory Yoga Training is designed for students who wish to deepen their personal yoga practice and gain a structured introduction to yoga philosophy, without the intention of qualifying as yoga teachers at this stage.

This program focuses on building a consistent asana practice, understanding fundamental alignment principles, and exploring the philosophical foundations of yoga. It runs in parallel with the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training and corresponds to the first part of that program, allowing students to immerse themselves in a professional training environment.

While this training does not provide a teaching qualification, participants who later decide to continue their education may return to complete the remaining hours required for the full 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, subject to scheduling and program requirements.

Duration: 11 Days, 100 hours

This training is suitable for:

  • Practitioners of all levels
  • Individuals interested in personal growth and the study of yoga philosophy
  • Students who wish to establish a regular and informed asana practice
  • Those who are not currently seeking to teach or certify as yoga instructors
  • Completion of this program may be combined with a subsequent 100-hour training, when taken within the required timeframe, leading to a full 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate. For details and scheduling options, please contact our team.

 * A balanced level of physical, mental and emotional wellbeing is required for each of the trainings.
