Welcome to Ayoga, a unique yoga experience, to inspire you on your life journey. Throughout my many years of being a yoga student and teacher, I have come to realise not only how transformational yoga is individually, but more so collectively.

Yoga indeed brings us together, not only physically through sharing asana classes, trainings and retreats, but also mentally. Something quite magical happens, a transformation that if nurtured with consistent practice, it becomes a lifestyle of wellness and joyfulness. And this is the heart of Ayoga, providing you with the tools and experiences for your personal life transformation and feeling more connected collectively.

Whether it is through attending a YTT to become a yoga teacher; travel to magical locations around the world for a yoga retreat or practicing together online, it is always with a focus on community and joyful living.
