I last minute booked my yoga teacher training at ‘Aegialis school of yoga’ and did not regret it for a second. To; the peace of the island, the food, the magical sunsets, the spa, the music and all the teachers and staff, thank you!

It was a beautiful experience to look inside, but also a moment to reflect on everything around with tears and laughter.
